By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of the request.
Final pricing may vary depending on actual weight, dimensions, distance, service type, and any unforeseen circumstances during transit.
Additional charges may apply for services outside the original scope, including but not limited to storage fees, re-delivery, or changes to pickup/delivery locations.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before services are rendered.
We reserve the right to require deposits or full payment before shipping.
Late payments may result in service suspension, additional fees, or legal action.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and declared value.
Ensure that all shipments comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Make shipments available for pickup at the scheduled time and location.
Arrange for someone to be present at delivery to receive the shipment.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items (unless previously agreed upon), or any items prohibited by state, federal, or international law.
7. Insurance and Liability
All carriers in our network maintain required licensing and insurance.
Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in the bill of lading or shipping contract.
Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value shipments.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, government actions, or equipment failure.
9. Website Use
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes.
All content, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to US Commercial Freight and may not be used without permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
